RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 14 days return policy. We accept returns for unworn and unused with tags jewelry items under its original condition with full packaging that were purchased directly from www.koyllyo.com.
To return, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at info@koyllyo.com within 14 working days after the date of delivery of the products, with the subject as “Return_your order number”. Please provide your receipt of purchase and reasons for returning the product(s). If it’s a defect claim, please be sure to attach clear photo for determination.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address. Items sent back to please secure the product(s) with original packing materials, including filled Return Card, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Send the parcel with tracking service (local post will do), as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. Please note that KOYLLYO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package. Mail the package to the address we provide.
- Notify us when the parcel’s shipped and provide us the tracking information.
Please note
- All high jewelry, customized and discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are not eligible for high jewelry or customized items.
- If your customized item(s) are not delivered to you with in mutually agreed time, you should email us at info@koyllyo.com using the heading “Cancellation of Sale for Non Delivery.” If you cancel under this law (where it is available) we will give you a full refund.
- Any man-made damage items will NOT BE returned and refunded .
- The cost of return shipment will be deducted from the refund $20 for Australia and New Zealand, while $60 for international shipment.
- Do NOT indicate jewelry or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.
- Us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns without filled Return Card will be shipped back to sender.
- All refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt and confirmation at our studio back to the card for payment.
KOYLLYO reserves the right to deny unreasonable returns and repairs.

- 在產品抵達起14個工作日內透過電子郵件發送需求至 info@koyllyo.com,主題請標明「退貨_您的訂單號碼」,並在信件中提供您的購買憑證及欲退貨原因。如為商品瑕疵,請務必附上清楚的照片供判定。
- 一旦回覆批准,消費者須將產品和所有商品之包裝材料及填寫好的退貨商品卡,包裝妥當後放在紙箱中,透過郵局”掛號”郵件寄送產品(這是運送高價值物品的最安全的方式)。惟運輸過程中如有丟失或損壞,本公司將則不負任何責任。
- 請在寄回的包裝外清楚寫上寄件者的聯絡方式姓名和地址。郵寄退換貨商品到我们提供的地址。
- 並於寄出後回信告知,提供掛號寄出之收據及單號。
注意事項:
- 所有特價商品、高级珠宝,定制珠宝不得退货。
- 高级珠寶及訂製款商品不適用於退款項目。
- 如果您的定制商品未在双方约定的时间内交付给您,您应该使用“取消未交付的销售”标题向我们发送电子邮件至 info@koyllyo.com。 如果您根据本法律取消(如果适用),我们将全额退款。
- 任何人为损坏的物品将不予退还和退款.
- 退貨之寄送運費直接從退貨的款項中扣除。澳大利亚和新西兰运费$20、國際運費約USD$60 . 消費者請勿在包裝上任何地方標註珠寶或其他奢侈品相關詞彙,這可能招致包裹盜竊。
