COVID-19 SHIPPING INFORMATION

With the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, all the delivery carriers are experiencing intermittent delays due to high volume of requests. During this challenging time, please be informed that it may take us longer to ship your packages.

SHIPPING TIME

Items in stock will be delivered in 5-15 business days from the shipping confirmation day, depending on the items availability, exclude the time of customs clearance.

Items “Made to Order” will be delivered at least 12 weeks from your order confirmation, the specific time depends on your design.

SHIPPING FEE

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia & New Zealand)

For complimentary shipping in New Zealand & Australia. Every shipment will require a signature upon delivery. Please allow 2-5 business day for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via DHL, at a flat rate of USD$50, It takes about 7- 15 business days, exclude the time of customs clearance.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. Due to different standards of import tariffs, actual duties and taxes will be determined by customs of destination country based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold. Once existed, it is the responsibility of the recipient, and the fees are collected at the time of delivery.

• All debit and credit card holders are subject to validation checks and if the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
• For online sales we will arrange for delivery to the delivery address but we and our agents reserve the right to delay or decline delivery to any address for security or other reasons. If delivery cannot be made at your chosen address, we will ask you to provide an alternative address.
