For all repair inquiries, please email info@koyllyo.com. Please include your name, description, clear photos of the damage, and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will send you our shipping instructions and repair cost via email. Repairs take 6-12 weeks to complete.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Where appropriate we will resize rings, free of charge within 90 days of purchase, but resizing will not always be possible. We will treat your request sympathetically, but we reserve the right to offer this service completely at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
